Every Jungju order is prepared with care and shipped as quickly as possible.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days after purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays may begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Rates

Available shipping methods and rates are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your order and delivery location.

Tracking

When tracking is available, you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information after your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Times

Delivery estimates shown at checkout begin after your order has been processed. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside Jungju's control may affect delivery times.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please verify your shipping address before completing checkout. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered fulfillment.
